Digital Product License

By purchasing a digital product in the store, you receive a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the files in accordance with the chosen license variant. The purchase does not imply the transfer of copyright.

License Types

1. BASIC License

Intended for private use and small handmade businesses.

Allowed:

creating physical products up to 100 pieces
selling handmade crafts
use in individual workshops and educational activities

Not allowed:

large-scale serial production
Print on Demand (POD)
resale, sharing, or distribution of files
creating kits, cliparts, or competing products
placing files in download locations
using in datasets and AI tools

2. EXTENDED License

For workshops, education, and small brands.

Allowed:

creating and selling physical products up to 500 pieces
use in multiple groups, workshops, and classes
commercial use in physical products

Not allowed:

Print on Demand (POD)
resale, sharing, or distribution of files
creating competing products (e.g., cliparts)
placing files in download locations
using in datasets and AI tools

3. EXTENDED PRO (POD) License

For large-scale sales and Print on Demand model.

Allowed:

creating an unlimited number of physical products
use in Print on Demand model (e.g., Etsy, Printful)
worldwide commercial sales

Not allowed:

resale, sharing, or distribution of digital files
selling graphics as cliparts, kits, or resources
placing files in resource databases or download locations
using in datasets and AI tools

"As-is" Limitation

In all license types, graphics may not be used in an unmodified ("as-is") form as the main element of a product.

Use is only permitted as part of a larger project that includes additional elements, such as:

text
original composition
combination of multiple graphics

General Rules

You may not claim authorship of the graphics
You may not share or distribute the files
You may not create products that compete with the offered graphics

License Violation

In case of violation of the license terms, the license may be revoked without a refund. The seller reserves the right to pursue claims for copyright infringement and license terms.
